Joe Keller is an executive pastor in Southern California with a passion for equipping ministry leaders to build healthy, sustainable churches. He holds a DMin from Westminster Seminary Philadelphia and is deeply shaped by the work of CCEF.
A ministry coach and mentor, Joe works one-on-one with pastors and church leaders who are navigating the real challenges of ministry life. He's a husband and father of four, a biblical counselor with the Biblical Counseling Coalition, and someone who somehow makes having a framework for everything feel like a gift rather than a burden.

Rush Witt is a pastor, church planter, and seminary instructor living in Ohio with his wife and five kids. He holds a DMin from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and serves as an Acquisitions Editor for New Growth Press — which means he reads a lot of books about ministry and occasionally writes one too.
Rush is a biblical counselor, a lover of classic literature, a novice distance runner, and someone who believes the best conversations happen when you stop trying to make them impressive. He's 48, slightly caffeinated, and always working on something.

Joe and Rush crossed paths at the Asheville airport — two strangers with too much time and too much to say. They've been collaborating ever since. What started as a conversation became a podcast, then a book, then a growing list of things they couldn't stop making together.
